摘要:
目的:观察“数字化四诊实验”在中医诊断学教学过程中的作用。方法:在中西医临床医学专业随机抽取2个班作为实验组和对照组。对照组(50人)进行常规中医诊断理论及实验教学。实验组(55人)在此基础上增加“数字化四诊实验”课程。课程结束后,实验组与对照组采用同一套试卷考试的方法进行考核。结果:中医诊断试卷平均成绩对照组为(78.56±9.09)分,实验组为(83.57±8.78)分,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医诊断病案平均成绩对照组为(6.82±1.45)分,实验组为(7.45±1.58)分,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组优秀、良好人数明显多于对照组(P<0.05),中等、及格人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“数字化四诊实验”在提高学生考试成绩,夯实学生理论基础,提高学生中医临床能力方面确有效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the role of "digital four diagnostic experiments" played in the teaching of TCM diagnosis. Methods: The students majored in integrative medicine were randomly selected and divided two classes as the experiment group and the control group, 55 cases in the experiment group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group received routine TCM diagnosis theory and experimental teaching. The experiment group accepted the curriculum of "digital four diagnostic experiment" when they were taught with routine TCM diagnosis theory and experimental teaching. By the end of the curriculum, both groups were tested with the same papers. Results: Average scores of TCM diagnosis paper in the control group were (78.56±9.09), lower than (83.57±8.78) of the experiment group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning(P<0.05). Average score of TCM diagnostic cases in the control group were(6.82±1.45), lower than(7.45±1.58) of the experiment group, the difference presented statistical meaning (P<0.05). Excellent students in the experiment group were evidently more than these of the control group(P<0.05), average students were less than these of the control group obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion: "Digital four diagnostic experiments" indicate effects in improving the students' scores, consolidating theoretical base of the students and improving clinical ability of the students.
