摘要:
目的：观察健胃清肠合剂保留灌肠治疗便秘的临床疗效。方法：将便秘患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组采用健胃清肠合剂、对照组采用肥皂水保留灌肠，150 mL/次，1次/d，6天为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察2组患者灌肠液保留时间、排便次数以及临床疗效。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组患者药液保留时间、排便次数方面的改善以及临床疗效均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：健胃清肠合剂保留灌肠治疗便秘效果明显，患者耐受度好。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of retention enema with JianWei QingChang mixture in treating constipation. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received JianWei QingChang mixture and the control group retention enema of suds,150 mL each time, once per day, six days were one course of the treatment, curative effects, retention time of the drugs and the times of defecation of both groups were observed after one course of the treatment. Results: The improvements of decoction retention time, defecation time and curative effects of the patients in the treatment group were superior to these of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Retention enema with JianWei QingChang mixture is effective in treating constipation and the patients show good tolerance.
