摘要:
目的：观察降脂类中药组方治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将兰州军区总医院安宁分院高脂血症患者112例根据患者自愿原则分为2组，中药组60例予自拟中药降脂汤治疗，西药组52例予阿托伐他汀治疗，治疗4周后比较2组患者治疗前、后血脂变化情况，同时观察2组临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果：2组患者治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低，HDL-C、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B高于治疗前（P＜0.05）。中药组患者TG、TC、LDL-C下降幅度、HDL-C上升幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；中药组显效42例，有效13例，无效5例，总有效率91.67%；西药组显效20例，有效20例，无效12例，总有效率76.92%；不良反应发生率中药组为6.67%；西药组为23.08%，西药组不良反应发生率明显高于中药组（P＜0.05）。结论：降脂类中药治疗高脂血症具有疗效好，不良反应少的优点。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects and the safety of lipid-lowering herbs and prescriptions in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods: All 112 patients from Anning branch of Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Command were separated into two groups, sixty patients in the herbs group were administered with self-made lipid-lowering decoction, and fifty-two patients in the western medicine group took atorvastatin, the changes of blood lipid in both groups were compared after treating for four weeks, the incidence of adverse reaction and curative effects of both groups were observed. Results: TG, TC and LDL-C of both groups were remarkably decreased after treating compared with these indexes before treating in both groups, HDL-C, apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B after treating were higher than these before treating, the difference was notable between before and after treating(P＜0.05). The decrease of TG, TC, LDL-C and the improvement of HDL-C in the herbs group were more than these of the control group (P＜0.05); there were 42 cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective, five cases ineffective, total effective rate of the herbs group was 91.67%; there were 20 cases markedly effective, 20 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective, total effective rate of the western medicine group was 76.92%; the incidence of adverse reaction in the herbs group was 6.67%; lower than 23.08% of the western medicine group obviously (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Lipid-lowering herbs in treating hyperlipemia show the advantages of good effects and minor adverse reaction.
