摘要:
目的：探讨圣愈汤加味联合大分割放射改善骨转移癌患者的生存质量，提高治疗有效率的优势及安全性。方法：将骨转移癌患者90例随机分为3组，综合治疗组[圣愈汤加味联合大分割放疗（3 000 cGy/10次，1次/d，5次/周）]、大分割组、常规分割组，于4周后观察3组患者疗效及毒副反应。结果：综合治疗组、大分割组、常规分割组对骨转移癌痛缓解有效率分别为84.38%、82.14%、80.00%，3组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），在中医证候明显改善率、生活质量提高率方面综合治疗组明显优于大分割组及常规分割组（P＜0.05）。结论：圣愈汤加味联合大分割放疗治疗骨转移癌疗效确切，能明显提高患者生存质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the advantages of improving life quality and treatment effective rates and the safety of modified ShengYu decoction and hyperfraction radiotherapy in treating metastatic carcinoma of bone. Methods: Ninety patients were randomized into three groups: comprehensive treatment group[modified ShengYu decoction and hyperfraction radiotherapy (3 000 cGy each ten times, once per day, each week five times)], hyperfraction radtiontherapy group and convention fraction group. Toxicity and curative effects of three groups were observed after treating for 4 weeks. Results: Pain remission effective rates of metastatic carcinoma of bone in comprehensive treatment group, hyperfraction radiotherapy group and convention fraction group were 84.38%, 82.14% and 80.00% respectively, the differences demonstrated no statistical meaning among three groups(P＞0.05), comprehensive treatment group was remarkably superior to hyperfraction radiotherapy group and convention fraction group in improvement rates of TCM symptom and life quality (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified ShengYu decoction and hyperfraction radiotherapy could obtain definite effects in treating metastatic carcinoma of bone, and the therapy could improve life quality of the patients obviously.
