小儿麻芪汤联合西药治疗儿童喘息性疾病64例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察小儿麻芪汤联合西药治疗儿童喘息性疾病的临床疗效。方法：将128例患儿随机分为治疗组64例和对照组64例，对照组采用西医常规综合方法治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服小儿麻芪汤，1剂/d，水煎分服。2组均以10天为1个疗程。结果：总有效率治疗组为98.44%，对照组为84.38%，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，哮喘、咳嗽等症状体征消失时间治疗组较对照组短(P＜0.05)。结论：小儿麻芪汤联合西药治疗儿童喘息性疾病疗效显著，能明显缓解临床症状，缩短病程，提高疗效。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate clinical effects of XiaoEr MaQi Tang and western medicine in treating children with asthmatic diseases. Methods: All 128 cases were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group received routine treatment by western medicine, the treatment group took XiaoEr MaQi Tang on the foundation of the former therapy, one dose per day, water decocted. Ten days were one course of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.44%, higher than 84.38% of the control group, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The treatment group was shorter than the control group in the disappearing time of body signs including asthma, cough and others(P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiaoEr MaQi Tang and western medicine are effective in treating children with asthmatic diseases, the therapy could obviously relieve clinical symptoms, shorten the duration and improve clinical effects.
