目的：观察火针治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法：将腱鞘囊肿患者41例按就诊顺序随机分为2组各21例，火针治疗组采用火针方法治疗，针刺对照组采用针刺方法治疗，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：2组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：火针较治疗腱鞘囊肿治愈率高，疗程短，不易复发。

Objective: To investigate curative effects of fire needle in treating ganglion. Methods: All 41 patients were divided into two groups according to the visiting order, the treatment group accepted fire needle and the control group acupuncture, curative effects were observed after treating in one course of the treatment. Results: The difference demonstrated statistical meaning in the comparison of cure rate between both groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Fire needle is with high cure rate, short course and lower recurrence rate in treating ganglion.
