目的：基于中医传承辅助平台软件，分析挖掘中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中有关冠心病方剂组方及规律，为临床选方用药提供依据。方法：收集CNKI中治疗冠心病的方剂，录入中医传承辅助平台，采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法，分析治疗冠心病方剂的组方规律。结果：筛选出治疗冠心病的方剂267首，得出方中药物出现的频次，常用药对43个，演化新处方8个。结论：药物组合的多样性和用药的集中性蕴含治疗冠心病以温阳益气，活血通络止痛为主，温肾、健脾、祛痰为辅的规律；中医传承辅助平台对中药方剂数据的录入、管理、查询和分析功能，有助于实现对冠心病方剂的组方规律分析，为临床冠心病的治疗和基础研究提供有效指导。
Abstract:
Objective: Based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, to provide reference for clinical application of the prescriptions and the herbs by analyzing the principles and the prescriptions for coronary heart disease (CHD) in CNKI. Methods: The prescriptions for CHD were collected from CNKI and typed into traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, and the principles of the prescriptions for CHD were analyzed by adopting data mining method. Results: Altogether 267 prescriptions for CHD were screened, the frequencies of the herbs appeared in the prescriptions were obtained, there were 43 common drug pairs and eight new prescriptions evolved. Conclusion: The diversity of drug pairs and the cluster of the drug use present the rules of treating CHD by warming Yang and invigorating Qi, blood activating, dredging meridians and stopping pain as main therapy, warming kidney, invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm as adjunctive therapy. The functions of entering, administration, consulting and analysis of the prescriptions in Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system are helpful to realize the principles analysis of CHD prescriptions, therefore, to provide effective guidance for the therapy and basic study on CHD in clinic.
