摘要:
目的：观察扶正升白口服液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法：采用反应变量-动态随机分组，使用翁模型，将60例患者随机分为治疗组36例、对照组24例。对照组给予NP方案化疗，21天为1个治疗周期，应用2个周期。治疗组在NP方案化疗的同时服用扶正升白口服液，2次/d,25 mL/次，直至化疗结束。结果:2组在瘤体变化方面比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05 )，但在毒副反应、生存质量、肿瘤标志物变化及生存分析等方面比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )。结论：扶正升白口服液可有效对抗NP方案引起的副作用，改善生存质量，延长晚期NSCLC患者的生存时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of FuZheng ShengBai oral liquid combined with NP regimen in treating non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Response variable dynamic random grouping method was adopted, and urn model was used, sixty patients were divided into 36 cases of the treatment group and 24 cases of the control group. The control group accepted chemotherapy according to NP regimen for two courses of the treatment, 21 days were one course of the treatment, the treatment group took FuZheng ShengBai oral liquid when they received chemotherapy, 25 mL each time, twice per day, till the end of chemotherapy. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of tumor body between both groups(P＞0.05), and the differences presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of adverse reaction, life quality, tumor markers and survival analysis (P＜0.05). Conclusion: FuZheng ShengBai oral liquid could effectively relieve NP regimen-induced adverse reaction, improve quality of life and prolong survival time of NSCLC patients at advanced stage.
