摘要:
目的：观察艾灸及护理干预对腰椎术后便秘患者的影响。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。2组均于腰椎术后给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予艾灸。观察2组患者术后首次排气及排便的时间。结果：术后首次排气、首次排便时间观察组均早于对照组(P＜0.05 )。结论：艾灸及护理干预有助于缩短腰椎术后便秘患者术后距首次排气、排便的时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe moxa-moxibustion and nursing intervention on constipation of the patients after lumbar surgery. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group. Both groups were given with routine care after lumbar operation, the observation group accepted moxa-moxibustion on the foundation of routine care. First exhuast time and defecation time of both groups were observed after the operation. Results: The observation group was earlier than the control group in first exhaust time and first defecation time after the operation (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Moxa-moxibustion and nursing intervention are helpful to shorten first exhuast time and defecation time after lumbar operation.
