摘要:
目的：探讨不同月份女贞子中特女贞苷的含量差异。方法：采收10～12月份的女贞子，阴干后，分别称取20 g女贞子， 先经石油醚脱脂2次，0.5 h/次，然后以80％乙醇提取2次，3 h/次，合并提取液并浓缩，将浓缩后的提取液经D-101大孔树脂柱纯化，分离得到目标成分，进行含量测定。结果：11月份女贞子中特女贞苷含量达到最高。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the contents of specnuezhenide in NvZhenZi (Fructus Ligustri Lucidi) in different growth months. Methods: NvZhenZi grew from Octomber to December were collected and dried in the shade, 20g NvZhenZi was weighed, degreased with petroleum ether twice, 30 min every time, extracted with 80% ethanol twice, three hours each time. The extracts were concentrated, the concentrated extract was purified by D-101 macroporous resin column to obtain the target ingredients, contents of the the ingredients were determined. Results: The contents of specnuezhenide contained in NvZhenZi grew in November reach the highest.
