摘要:
目的:提取并测定金银木茎、叶、花及花蕾中绿原酸的含量,比较不同时期茎、叶、花及花蕾中绿原酸含量的变化。方法:以金银木为材料,采用超声波提取法提取金银木茎、叶、花及花蕾中的绿原酸,用紫外分光光度法测定提取物中绿原酸含量。结果:金银木幼叶中绿原酸含量为3.366%,茎1(与幼叶同时期)中为1.016%,花蕾中为6.175%,全开花中为7.471%,茎2(与花蕾同时期)中为2.416%,叶2(与花蕾同时期)中为10.735%。结论:茎、叶不同生长期中的绿原酸含量不同,并且随着生长呈现增加的趋势,故金银木的茎、叶、花及花蕾均具有较高的开发利用价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare the contents of chlorogenic acid in the stems, leaves, flowers and buds in different periods by extracting and determining chlorogenic acid contained in amur honeysuckle [Lonicera maackii (Rupr.) Maxim.]. Methods: By taking amur honeysuckle as the material, chlorogenic acid in the stems, leaves, flowers and buds of amur honeysuckle could be extracted by ultrasound extraction method, and the contents of chlorogenic acid were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The contents of chlorogenic acid in the young leaves held 3.366%, it was 1.016% in the stem No. one (in the same period of young leaves), 6.175% in the buds, 7.471% in the whole flowers, 2.416% in the stem No. two (in the same period of the buds), and 10.735% in the leaves No. two(in the same period of the buds). Conclusion: The contents of chlorogenic acid in the stems and leaves in different periods are different, they increased as they grew up, therefore, the stems, leaves, flowers and buds of amur honeysuckle possess a high value of development and utilization.
