摘要:
目的:复方罗汉果止咳颗粒中枇杷叶的鉴别。方法:采用薄层色谱方法,以三氯甲烷∶乙酸乙酯∶甲醇∶水(19∶45∶26∶10)为展开剂,硅胶G为固定相,喷以10%香草醛硫酸溶液,在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰,日光下检视薄层斑点。结果:薄层色谱图中,样品溶液在对照品、对照药材相应的位置上,分别显相同颜色的紫红色斑点。阴性样品无相同斑点。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于复方罗汉果止咳颗粒中的枇杷叶的鉴别。
Abstract:
Objective: To identify loquat leaveas(Eriobotrya japonica Thunb.) in compound LuoHanGuo ZhiKe granules. Methods: TLC method was adopted, chloroform: acetic ether: methanol: water (19: 45:26:10) were chosen as developing agents, silica gel as the immobile phase, and spraying 10% vanillin sulfuric acid solution, the spots were clear till heating to 105℃, and they were observed under the light. Results: The sample solutions were in the corresponding places of the control articles and control herbs in TLC, which presented the purple red spots in the same colors respectively. There was no same spot in the negative samples. Conclusion: The method, simple and accurate, could be used for the identification of loquat leaves in compound LuoHanGuo ZhiKe granules.
