摘要:
目的：观察自拟益气活血汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血脂、心电图及血液流变学的影响。方法：将老年冠心病心绞痛患者90例按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组45例，2组均给予常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予益气活血汤，比较2组临床疗效、心电图改善情况、血脂及血液流变学变化情况。结果：研究组总有效率为88.9％(40/45)，高于对照组的66.7％(30/45)，研究组心电图改善总有效率为82.2％(37/45)高于对照组的57.8％(26/45)，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗前2组患者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后2组患者TG、TC、LDL-C均显著降低，HDL-C升高，研究组改善优于对照组，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后研究组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度以及红细胞压积优于对照组，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟益气活血汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛能显著改善患者的心电图，改善患者血液流变学和血脂水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of selfmade YiQi HuoXue Tang in treating senile patients with angina pectoris and its influence on blood lipid, ECG and blood rheology. Methods: Ninety patients were separated into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method, 45 cases each group, both groups accepted routine treatment, the experiment goup took selfmade YiQi HuoXue Tang on the foundation of routine treatment, clinical effects, ECG improvements, blood lipid and blood rheology changes of both groups were compared. Results: Total effective rate of the experiment group was 88.9% (40/45), notably higher than 66.7% (30/45) of the control group, ECG improvement total effective rate of the experiment group was 82.2% (37/45), significantly higher than 57.8% of the control group(26/45), and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (P＞0.05), the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in both groups lowered significantly after treating, HDL-C raised notably, the experiment group was superior to the control group in the improvements, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); after treating, the experiement group was superior to the control group evidently in the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hemocrit, and the difference presented statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Selfmade YiQi HuoXue Tang could significantly improve ECG, blood rheology and blood lipid of senile patients with angina pectoris.
