摘要:
目的：探讨以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)模式在完全植入式静脉输液港(TIVAP)乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法：将TIVAP乳腺癌化疗患者40例随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施FCC模式护理，记录Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和自我护理能力(ESCA)评分变化情况，并比较2组患者生活质量(Karnofsky评分)。结果：护理后3、6个月，观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，ESCA评分和Karnofsky评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：FCC模式能改善TIVAP乳腺癌化疗患者的心理健康，提高自我护理能力和生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To expore the effects of family-centered care (FCC) applying to breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy and total implantable venous access port (TIVAP). Methods: Forty patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted routine care and the observation group FCC. The changes of Karnofsky scales were compared by recording SAS, SDS and ESCA. Results: In three and six months after nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS cales obviously(P＜0.05), higher than the control group in ESCA scales and Karnofsky scales significantly(P＜0.05). Conclusion: FCC mode could improve psychological health, selfcare nursing ability and quality of life of breast cancer patients who accepted chemotherapy and TIVAP.
