摘要:
目的：观察不同年龄段小儿厌食症发病与体质类型的相关性。方法：调查250例厌食症患儿生活、饮食习惯，观察其形体特征、体质表现、性格心理特征、适应外界能力等情况，根据中医体质基本类型分类方法，判定体质类型。结果：厌食症患儿体质大多属偏颇质，脾气不足质最多。1～3岁主要为脾气不足质、肺气不足质、肾气不足质；3～6岁以脾弱湿滞质、心血不足质、阴亏内热质为主；6～10岁常为痰湿内蕴质、脾弱湿滞质、脾弱肝旺质。结论：不同年龄厌食症患儿表现为不同体质类型，具有一定特征和规律，依此辨证施治，调理体质，治疗患儿厌食症，有助于提高患儿的健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the relativity between constitutions and the incidence of the children with apositia at different ages. Methods: Lifestyles and dietary habits of 250 children with apositia were investigated to observe the features of their shape, the manifestations of the constitutions, the features of the character and the psychology, and the ability of adapting the outside, the constitutions of the children were judged according to the classification of TCM constitutions basic types. Results: The constitutions of the children with apositia were of biased type mostly, spleen-Qi deficiency type the most. The children aged from one to three years were of spleen-Qi deficiency type, lung-Qi deficiency type and kidney-Qi deficiency type mainly; the children aged from three to six years were of spleen-deficiency dampness-accumulaton type, heart-blood deficiency type and Yin-deficiency internal heat type; the children aged from six to ten years were of phlegm-dampness internal accumulation type, spleen-deficiency dampness-accumulaton type and spleen-deficiency liver-hyperactivity type. Conclusion: The children with apositia at different ages are of different constitutions, which shows a certain feature and rule, syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the rules, and constitution regulation in treating the children with apositia are helpful to improve the health of the children.
