摘要:
目的：了解医护人员对消渴病(2型糖尿病)诊疗规范(住院)(以下简称《规范》)相关知识的掌握情况。方法：根据《规范》相关知识点设计问卷，对合肥市106名内分泌、糖尿病专业及社区医护人员进行调查，分析比较被调查者基本情况、糖尿病防治知识获取来源及对知识要点的掌握情况。结果：接受《规范》培训的医护人员占20.75%，三级、二级和社区医院医护人员分别为21.74%、21.88%和17.8%。临床医生参加糖尿病专业培训的比例均高于护理人员，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。《规范》相关知识的掌握的总体正确知晓率为48.93%，社区医院医护人员低于三级和二级医院，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。被调查临床医生的总体正确知晓率均高于护士，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：《规范》相关专业培训需进一步加强，《规范》相关知识掌握及应用能力有待提高，整合联动社区与医院，预期提高中医临床疗效及降低医疗差错发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the conditions of the nurses and doctors grasping the diagnosis and treatment standard related knowledge of type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: The questionnaire was designed accoding to the related knowledge point in the diagnosis and treatment standard, and 106 nurses and doctors majored in internal secretion and DM in Hefei city were investigated, basic conditions of the investigators, the way of acquiring DM prevention and treatment knowledge and the grasping conditions of knowledge point were analyzed and compared. Results: The nurses and doctors who accepted the training occupied 20.75%, the nurses and doctors from tertiary and secondary hospitals and community health care workers held 21.74%, 21.88% and 17.8%. The ratio of the doctor participated DM training was higher than that of the nurses, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Overall correct and awareness rate of grasping the related knowledge in the standard was 48.93%, community health care workers were lower than these from tertiary and secondary hospitals, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The doctors were higher than the nurses in overall correct and awareness rate, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: In order to raise curative effects and decrease the incidence of medical accidents, professional training about the standard should be enhanced, and the abilities of grasping and using the related knowledge of standard should be improved, simultaneously, community and hospital should be integrated and linked.
