摘要:
目的：观察针刀整体松解术配合华山正骨流派手法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法，将58例患者随机分为2组。观察组29例，采用针刀整体松解术配合华山正骨流派手法治疗；对照组29例，采用传统手法松解治疗。采用VAS评分及肩周炎康复体疗功能评定方案，分别从疼痛和运动功能2方面进行疗效评价。结果：观察组治愈率为58.6%，总有效率为96.6%；对照组治愈率为34.5%,总有效率为89.7%。观察组疗效优于对照组。VAS积分治疗后2组均较前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组降低更明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后内旋、外旋、摸背、摸耳及运动功能总分观察组均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:采用针刀整体松解术配合华山正骨流派手法治疗肩周炎，能显著减轻疼痛症状，改善肢体功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of needle knife relaxing therapy combined with HuaShan bonesetting school technique in treating shoulder periarthritis. Methods: According to randomized controlled trials, fifty-eight patients were randomized into two groups. Twenty-nine patients of the observation group were treated by needle knife relaxing therapy combined with HuaShan bonesetting school technique; 29 cases of the control group were treated by traditional technique relaxing. Curative effects were assessed from two aspects of pain and motor functions by adopting VAS scales and shoulder periarthritis rehabilitation assessment scheme. Results: Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 58.6% and 96.6%, superior to 34.5% and 89.7% of the control group. VAS decreased notably in both groups after treating compared with before treating (P＜0.05); the decrease of the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group after treating in the total scales of internal rotation, extorsion, touching back, touching ear and motor function (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needle knife relaxing therapy combined with HuaShan bonesetting school technique in treating shoulder periarthritis could significantly relieve pain and improve limb functions.
