摘要:
目的：通过计量学分析，探讨针灸治疗肩周炎的三大特色选穴方法。方法：对2002—2011年中国期刊全文数据库等6个数据库检索出来的针灸治疗肩周炎的1 821篇文献进行取穴规律的计量学分析。结果：透穴应用总频次为412次，使用频次最高的是条口透承山，占47.3%；在明确指出阿是穴具体定位的91篇文献中，阿是穴定位在喙突的文献占54.9%；在明确指出肩三针具体定位的94篇文献中，肩髃、肩髎、肩贞被多文献采纳为“肩三针”穴。结论：透穴、阿是穴、肩三针均围绕肩周炎“痹阻不通”的病机进行治疗，逐渐成为针灸治疗肩周炎的三大特色选穴方法。在临床及科研中，三者之间既各具特性，又联系紧密。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore three kinds of characteristic points selection for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis with acupuncture by metrology analysis. Methods: All 1 821 pieces of articles about treating scapulohumeral periarthritis with acupuncture were searched in six databases such as CNKI from 2002 to 2011, and the rules of points selection in the papers were analyzed with metrology. Results: Total frequency of points penetration was 412 times, the highest usage frequency was TiaoKou(ST38) penetrating ChengShan (BL57) and it occupied 47.3%; AShi point was fixed at the position of coracoid and the papers held 54.9% among 91 pieces of articles in which the locations of AShi points were clearly showed; among 94 pieces of articles in which we could find the locations of JianSanZhen, JianYu(LI 15), JianQian(SJ 14) and JianZhen(SI 9) were accepted as the acupoints of "JianSanZhen" in most of the literature. Conclusion: Acupoint penetration, AShi point and JianSanZhen are used to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis according to its pathogenesis "obstruction", and gradually become three kinds of characteristic point selection methods for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis with acupuncture. Three kinds of methods show their own features and are related to each other closely in clinic and scientific research.
