摘要:
目的：探讨综合护理干预对低龄(15～30岁)颈椎病患者康复期的影响。方法：将50例低龄康复期颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组采用常规治疗护理，干预组在此基础上纳入心理认知干预、日常生活习惯干预及运动疗法干预，2组均经过6个月随访观察，评价临床疗效。结果：VAS评分观察组改善较对照组明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率100.00%，愈显率92.00%；对照组总有效率96.00%，愈显率68.00%。2组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；2组愈显率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：实施心理认知干预、日常生活习惯干预及运动疗法的综合护理干预可有效改善低龄颈椎病患者的症状，改善患者的颈椎功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation period of young patients with cervical spondylosis (15~30 years). Methods: Fifty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases each group. The control group received routine therapeutic nursing, and the observation group accepted psychological cognition intervention, daily living habits intervention and exercise therapy on the basis of routine therapeutic nursing, clinical effects of both groups were evaluated in the follow-ups of six months. Results: The observation group was more obvious than the control group in VAS improvement (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, healing rate 92.00%; higher than 96.00% and 68.00% of the control group. The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of total effective rate (P＞0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of healing rate between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention including psychological cognition intervention, daily living habits intervention and exercise therapy could effectively alleviate the symptoms of young patients with cervical spondylosis, and improve cervical functions of the patients.
