摘要:
从禀赋薄弱、感受外邪，饮食不节、昆虫叮咬，气虚不摄、血溢脉外，阴虚火旺、灼伤血络，瘀血阻络、血不归经5方面探讨过敏性紫癜的病因病机，并辨证为热伤血络、阴虚火旺、瘀血阻络、气不摄血4种分型，用自拟紫癜系列方加减治疗，并注重审证求因，清热解毒祛风，并活用活血化瘀方法，同时勿忘健运脾胃。
Abstract:
The causes and the pathogenesis of allergic purpura were explored from five aspects: innate deficiency, invasion of external pathogen, irregular diet, insect bites, Qi deficiency failing to control, blood loss, Yin-deficiency and fire hyperactivity, fire burning blood vessels, blood stasis obstructing the collaterals, blood failing to stay in the meridians, allergic purpura were divided into four patterns: heat hurting blood vessels, Yin-deficiency and fire hyperactivity, Qi failing to control blood, and treated by selfmade purpura prescriptions series, simultaneously, the patterns were differentiated according to the causes′ to clear heat, detoxify, dispel the wind, promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, invigorate spleen-stomach.
