摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法：将急性支气管炎患儿98例按照入院先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组各49例，对照组给予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上联用中药治疗，疗程2周，比较2组临床疗效及治疗后症状、体征改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.9%，对照组为83.7%，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组患儿用药后退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部口罗音消失时间、治疗天数短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：采用中西医结合的方法治疗小儿急性支气管炎，临床效果优于单纯常规西药治疗，可以迅速改善症状，缩短病程。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of integrated TCM and Western medicine in treating infantile acute bronchitis. Methods: All 98 infants with acute bronchitis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of admitting hospital, each group 49 cases, the control group was given routine Western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given Chinese herbs based on the treatment the control group accepted, the courses of the treatment were two weeks, the clinical effects, symptoms after treatment, improvement of signs were compared in two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 95.9% in the treatment group, the control group was 83.7%, effects of the treatment group were better than that of the control group(P＜0.01); fever clearance time, the disappearance time of cough and pulmonary rales, treatment days of infants in the treatment group after medication were shorter than these of the control group, there were statistical differences(P＜0.01). Conclusion: The clinical effects of integrated TCM and Western medicine in treating infantile acute bronchitis are better than these of simple Western medicine, the therapy can improve symptoms and shorten disease time quickly.
