摘要:
目的：观察中药离子导入配合中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，同时探讨其护理策略。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者62例随机分为观察组与对照组各31例，在其他系统性护理的基础上，对照组接受中药湿热敷治疗及对应护理，观察组在对照组基础上接受中药离子导入治疗及对应护理。结果：观察组临床总有效率达96.8%，高于对照组的80.6%，组间比较差异有统计学意义( χ2=23.147，P=0.000)；治疗前2组患者的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.509，P=0.182)，治疗后观察组VAS评分降低程度较对照组明显，组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.016，P=0.024)。结论：中药离子导入配合中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有协同作用，完善的护理也是进一步保障疗效的重要因素。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of herbal iontophoresis combined with herbal hot-wet compression in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH), and explore its nursing plans. Methods: All 62 LDH patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 31 cases each group, on the basis of systematic nursing, the control group were given herbal hot-wet compression and corresponding nursing, the observation group accepted herbal iontophoresis and its corresponding care on the foundation of systematic nursing. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group reached 96.8%, higher than 80.6% of the control group, and the difference presented statistical meaning ( χ2=23.147, P=0.000); The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS between both groups before treating (t=0.509, P=0.182), VAS decrease of the observation group was larger than that of the control group after treating (t=4.016, P=0.024). Conclusion: Herbal iontophoresis combined with herbal hot-wet compression in treating LDH presents synergistic action, and perfect nursing is the important factors of further ensuring clinical effects.
