Objective: To observe the clinical effects of scalp and body acupuncture in treating 81 cases of perimenopausal insomnia. Methods: 162 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group;  each group 81 cases. The observation group was given scalp and body acupuncture;  the control group given estazolam tablets;  both groups were treated for three menstural cycles. Clinical effects;  the change conditions of E2;  FSH;  LH;  PSQI were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observationg group was 91.36%;  the control group was 76.54%;  there was statistical difference(P＜0.05). Compared FSH;  LH;  E2 and PSQI before and after treatment within two groups;  there were statistical differences(P＜0.05);  compared between two groups;  there were also statistical differences after treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Scalp and body acupuncture in treating perimenopausal insomnia have significant clinical effects.

目的：观察头针体针并用治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床疗效。方法：将162例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各81例，观察组采用头针体针针刺治疗，对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗，2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)等指标的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为91.36%，对照组为76.54%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。FSH、LH、E2及PSQI等指标治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：头针和体针并用治疗围绝经期失眠症临床疗效显著。
