摘要:
目的：观察新生化口服液对药物流产大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法：采用妊娠7天大鼠灌胃给予米非司酮8.8 mg/kg和米索前列醇100 μg/kg，诱发早孕大鼠不完全流产子宫出血模型。于流产次日，新生化口服液高、中、低剂量组模型大鼠灌胃给予新生化口服液16、8、4 mL/kg，连续给药7天；宫血予胶囊组灌胃给予宫血宁0.081 g/kg，连续给药7天；正常对照组、模型组灌胃等量生理盐水。测定大鼠子宫湿重、凝血酶时间（TT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）和纤维蛋白原（FIB）。结果：新生化口服液16、8 mL/kg剂量组可显著缩短PT、TT，升高FIB，并且能降低子宫湿重。结论：新生化口服液对早孕大鼠不完全流产子宫出血模型有明显的止血作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of new biochemical oral liquid on coagulation function in rats with drug abortion. Methods: The pregnant rats for seven days were given mifepristone 8.8 mg/kg and misoprostol 100 μg/kg by intragastric administration to prepare the models with incomplete abortion uterine bleeding. Since the next day after the abortion, the rats in the high, moderate and low dosage groups of Xin ShengHua oral liquid accepted Xin ShengHua oral liquid in the concentrations of 16, 8 and 4 mL/kg for seven days consecutively; GongXueNing capsules group took GongXueNing capsules in the concentrations of 0.081g/kg for seven consecutive days; normal control group and the model group accepted the same amounts of physiological saline by intragastric administration. The uterine wet weight, thrombin time(TT), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and fibrinogen (FIB) of rats were all detected. Results: The 16 and 8 mg/kg dose groups of Xin ShengHua oral liquid could reduce PT and TT remarkably, and increase FIB. It can decrease uterine wet weight. Conclusion: The new biochemical oral liquid has obvious hemostatic function on the model of incomplete abortion uterine bleeding in early pregnancy rats.
