摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者肺通气功能的影响。方法：将咳嗽变异性哮喘患者102例按照治疗方案分为对照组50例和观察组52例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，比较2组临床效果及患者肺通气功能。结果：观察组临床控制率为67.3%，高于对照组的54.0%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后观察组患者的哮喘发作次数明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗前2组患者的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后观察组改善更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果满意，能够明显改善患者的肺通气功能，是临床首选的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine comprehensive therapy on pulmonary ventilation function of the patients with cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods: All 102 CVA patients were randomized into 50 cases of the control group and 52 cases of the observation group according to therapeutic regimen, the control group adopted routine western medicine, and the observation group accepted integrative Chinese and western medicine comprehensive therapy, clinical effects and pulmonary ventilation function of the patients in both groups were compared. Results: Clinical control rate of the observation group was 67.3%, obviously higher than 54.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the times of asthma attack of the patients in the observation group were less than these of the control group after treating remarkably, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of force vital capacity (FVC) of the patients, forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF) before treating between both groups (P＞0.05), the improvements of the observation group were more obvious after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and western medicine comprehensive therapy could obtain satisfactory effects in treating CVA, it could improve pulmonary ventilation function of the patients notably and is the first choice of therapeutic regimen in clinic.
