摘要:
目的：观察脑瘫患儿的中医康复护理干预效果。方法：将脑瘫患儿40例作为观察组采用中医康复护理，35例作为对照组采用常规基础护理，6个月后比较2组患儿的干预效果及护理满意度。结果：观察组患儿护理后显效21例，有效16例，无效3例，总有效率92.5%；对照组显效13例，有效15例，无效9例，总有效率75.7%，2组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：专业系统的中医康复护理干预措施能有效提高护理效果及患儿家属护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the intervention effects of TCM rehabilitation nursing for the children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Forty children with cerebral palsy were taken as the treatment group and received TCM rehabilitation nursing, 35 children as the control group adopted routine basic care, the intervention effects and nursing satisfaction degrees of the children in both groups were compared in six months. Results: There were 21 cases markedly effective, 16 cases effective, and three cases ineffective, total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%; 13 cases markedly effective, 15 cases effective, and nine cases ineffective, total effective rate of the control group was 75.7%. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the effective rates (P＜0.05). The obseruation group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction degree (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Professional, systematic TCM rehabilitation nursing could effectively raise nursing effects and satisfaction degrees of the children’s parents.
