摘要:
目的：观察补肾化瘀方治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，2组均采用克罗米芬治疗，观察组同时给予补肾化瘀方，1剂/d，经期停服。2组均于连续治疗4个月经周期后观察临床疗效及治疗前后IKKα、IKKβ水平的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为83.3%，对照组为61.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。IKKα、IKKβ水平治疗前2组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗前后2组组内比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：补肾化瘀方治疗PCOS临床疗效显著，其可能通过抑制血清中IKKα、IKKβ的表达而起到治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects and potential action mechanisms of BuShen HuaYu prescription in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with clomiphene, and the observation group was also treated with BuShen HuaYu prescription simultaneously, one dose each day, stop taking during menstruation. Clinical effects of two groups were observed after continuous treatment for four menstrual cycles, IKKα and IKKβ level changes of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, and that of the control group was 61.7%, and the differences between two groups were significant(P＜0.05). Compared IKKα and IKKβ levels of two group before treatment, the difference was not significant (P＞0.05); compared between groups after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05); compared within two groups before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion: BuShen HuYu prescription has significant clinical effects in the treatment of PCOS, and it may take curative effects by inhibiting the expressions of gene IKKα and IKKβ in serum.
