摘要:
目的：观察蛭龙胶囊对糖尿病肾病(DN)V期患者微炎症指标的影响。方法：将78例患者随机分为2组，对照组38例，给予常规治疗；观察组40例，在常规治疗组的基础上加用蛭龙胶囊。观察治疗前后2组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化情况。选取健康对照组40例，比较其与糖尿病肾病V期患者hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hcy水平的差异。结果：治疗前hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hcy水平观察组、对照组与健康对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗前后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平观察组、对照组组内比较，差异有统计学意义；Hcy水平观察组治疗前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hcy水平观察组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：蛭龙胶囊可改善V期DN患者的微炎症状态，下调正性炎性时相反应蛋白水平，改善氧化应激，从而减轻肾脏损害。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influence of ZhiLong Capsule on micro inflammation indexes of patients with diabetic nephropathy in V stage. Methods: 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group (38 cases) was given conventional treatment. Based on the treatment of the control group, the observation group (40 cases) was added ZhiLong Capsule treatment. Changes of serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and homocysteine (Hcy) of two groups were observed before and after treatment. The differences of levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and Hcy of patients with diabetic nephropathy in V stage were compared with 40 cases in healthy control group. Results: Compared the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and Hcy between the observation group and the control group，and healthy control group before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). Compared the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 within the observation group and the control group between before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant. Compared the Hcy levels within the observation group before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Compared the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and Hcy between the observation group and the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ZhiLong capsule can improve the micro inflammation symptoms of DN patients in V stage, decrease reactive protein level of positive inflammatory phase and improve oxidative stress to relieve renal damage.
