摘要:
目的：观察2型糖尿病患者3-脱氧葡萄糖醛酮(3-DG)水平与中医证型的相关性。方法：选取2015—2016年由苏州中医医院内分泌科确诊的98例2型糖尿病住院患者，按照证型分成3组：气滞痰热证组、气阴两虚证组、气阴两虚夹瘀证组，分析各组证型与3-DG数值的关系。结果：2型糖尿病中医证型与3-DG水平相关。糖尿病患者普遍3-DG水平较高，其中3DG异常升高与气阴两虚证密切相关(P＜0.05)。且夹瘀者3-DG水平增高更明显。结论：3-DG水平增高与气阴二虚证密切相关，亦可能是导致糖尿病患者气阴两虚的原因；3-DG加重糖尿病患者机体瘀的程度，也加重了虚、损的程度，是并发症的不利因素。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the relationship between the level of 3-deoxyglucosone (3-DG) of the patients suffering type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and TCM patterns. Methods: All 98 inpatients who were diagnosed as T2DM in endocrinology department of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were chosen from 2015 to 2016, and they were divided into three groups: the group of Qi stagnation and phlegm-heat pattern, Qi-Yin dual deficiency pattern and pattern of Qi-Yin dual deficiency mingled with stasis, to analyze the relationship between the patterns and the value of 3-DG. Results: The patterns of T2DM were related to the level of 3-DG. The level of 3-DG of the patients were commonly higher, among them, abnormal rise of 3-DG was closely related to Qi-Yin dual deficiency pattern(P＜0.05), and the rise in 3-DG level in the patients mingled with stasis was more obvious. Conclusion: The rise in 3-DG level is closely connected to Qi-Yin dual deficiency pattern, which might be the cause of Qi-Yin dual deficiency of the patients; 3-DG aggravates the degrees of stasis of the patients′ bodies, and also the degrees of deficiency and waste, it is the adverse factor of the complications.
