摘要:
目的：探讨依据中医子午流注理论卯时指导患者饮淡盐水联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后便秘患者的临床效果。方法：将240例患者随机分为观察组120例，对照组120例。2组均给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上每日卯时定时嘱患者饮淡盐水200 mL，定时排便并联合穴位按摩。比较2组患者干预前后便秘评分、大便性状分型和便秘患者生活质量。结果：便秘评分干预前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。大便性状干预后2组均明显改善(P＜0.05)，观察组改善更明显(P＜0.05)。生活质量评分干预前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：以子午流注理论指导的卯时饮淡盐水联合穴位按摩能有效改善脑卒中后便秘患者的便秘程度及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss clinical effects of the patients drinking weak saline water in the period( of Maoshi from 5 am to 7 am) guided by TCM theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow doctrine combined with acupoint massage in treating the constipation of the patients after stroke. Methods: All 240 patients were randomized into 120 cases in the observation group and 120 cases in the control group. Both groups accepted routine care, the patients in the observation group drank weak saline water at the fixed time in the period from 5 am to 7 am and acupoint massage, defecated regularly on the foundation of conventional care. Constipation scales, the property and types of stool and quality of life of the patients were compared before and after the intervention. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of constipation scales within two groups before and after the intervention (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05). The property of the stool improved notably in both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05), the improve-ments of the observation group was more obvious (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the scales of quality of life before and after the intervention within two groups (P＜0.05), and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Drinking weak saline water in the period from 5 am to 7 am guided by TCM theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow doctrine combined with acupoint massage could effectively the constipation degrees and quality of life of constipation patients after stroke.
