摘要:
李应存教授认为治疗老年咳嗽应标本兼顾，扶正固本，以宣肺不过敛，祛邪不伤正为基本原则；应用敦煌紫苏煎加减以宣肺化痰、止咳平喘为治则治疗老年咳嗽疗效满意。
Abstract:
Professor Li Yingcun believes that the basic principle of the treatment for senile cough should take care of both tip and root, strengthen body resistance, disperse Lung-Qi while not astringe the lung, eliminate the pathogen while not hurt healthy Qi; modified DunHuang ZiSu decoction could disperse Lung-Qi and eliminate the phlegm, stop the cough and relieve the asthma, which could obtain satisfactory effects when it was applied to treat senile cough in clinic.
