摘要:
目的：观察河车虫草胶囊联合八段锦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的疗效。方法：使用随机平行对照方法，将87例门诊COPD稳定期患者按病案号抽签方法简单随机分为2组。对照组43例常规治疗；治疗组44例除常规治疗外口服河车虫草胶囊，每次4粒，3次/d，并联合八段锦康复锻炼。观察2组患者治疗前及治疗后6个月6分钟步行距离、COPD评估测试(CAT)评分、肺通气功能和诱导痰中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平。结果：治疗组治疗前后6分钟步行距离、CAT评分、肺功能状况均有改善(P＜0.05)，诱导痰中TNF-α、IL-8水平较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05)；与对照组比较，各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：河车虫草胶囊联合八段锦锻炼能减轻气道炎症，提高患者生活质量，延缓肺功能进行性下降。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of HeChe (placenta hominis) ChongCao (cordyceps) capsules combined with eigh-section brocade in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stationary phase. Methods: By using randomized parallel control method, 87 COPD patients were randomized into two groups according to the patient’s ID number. Forty-three cases in the control group accepted conventional therapy, and Forty-four cases in the treatment group took HeChe ChongCao capsules besides conventional therapy, four pills each time, three times each day, they accepted eigh-section brocade to perform rehabilitation exercise. The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in the induced sputum, pulmonary ventilation function, COPD CAT scales and six-minute walking distance in both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: Six-minute walking distance, CAT scales and pulmonary functions in the treatment group were improved (P＜0.05), the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in the induced sputum were lowered compared with before treating notably (P＜0.05); compared with the control group, the differences had statistical meaning in different indexes (P＜0.05). Conclusion: HeChe ChongCao capsules combined with eigh-section brocade could relieve airway inflammation, improve quality of life and delay progressive decline of pulmonary function.
