摘要:
通过搜集近10年单纯性针刺治疗女性不孕症的相关文献，分析单纯性针刺治疗不孕症的特点、优势及其存在的问题。发现就选穴而言，单纯性针刺治疗不孕症的临床研究以常规腧穴(中极、关元、子宫、足三里、三阴交)为主，常规腧穴配合辨证选穴或分期选穴等选穴方法的针刺研究次之，不同选穴均可提高不孕症治疗有效率，但其疗效可能存在一定差异。就整体而言，单纯性针刺治疗不孕症的临床观察仍相对较少，且存在研究水平较低、无统一选穴标准及临床观察指标、缺乏不孕症的情志调节等问题，应引起重视并加以改进。
Abstract:
By collecting the related literature of simple needling in treating female infertility in the recent ten years, the features, advantages and the existing problems of simple needling in treating female infertility were analyzed. In terms of acupoint selection, clinical study of simple needling in treating female infertility mainly choose the conventional acupoints [ZhongJi (RN3), GuanYuan (RN4), ZiGong (EX-CA1), ZuSanLi (ST36) and SanYinJiao (SP6)], the studies of conventional acupoints combined with acupoint selection and syndrome differentiation or acupoints selection by stages were the next, different acupoint selection method could improve therapeutic effective rate of infertility, while certain differences might be existed in clinical effects of different therapies. In terms of entirety, clinical observation of simple needling in treating female infertility was relatively less, and the problems of low level study, no single standard of acupoint selection and the indexes of clinical observation, and lacking of emotional regulation of infertility existed, and they should be valued and improved.
