摘要:
王保和教授根据中医理论，并结合多年治疗冠心病的临证经验，认为气虚血瘀为冠心病的基本病机，提出益气活血法的治疗法则，并在益气活血方的基础上结合临床提出了益气活血兼通阳散结，或滋阴养血，或疏肝健脾，或化痰解毒等多种临证治则。
Abstract:
Professor Wang Baohe thought that Qi deficiency and blood stasis was the basic pathogenesis of coronary heart disease (CHD) according to TCM theory on the foundation of his clinical experience of treating CHD in many years, he raised therapeutic principles of Qi-invigorating blood-activating method, combined with clinical principles such as activating Yang and removing stasis, nourishing Yin and blood, soothing liver and strengthening spleen, resolving phlegm and detoxifying, and others based on clinical differentiation.
