摘要:
通过2则验案探讨针灸专家师怀堂创制的新九针之一锋钩针的临床应用，指出以痛点或条索状阳性反应点为施术部位，采用锋钩针疗法治疗肩周炎、足跟痛等疼痛疾病，通过钩割、松解、剥离局部痛点达到通经、活血、散结、止痛的目的。
Abstract:
Clinical application of lance needling, one of the new nine needles, created by the specialist in acupuncture, Shi Huaitang, was discussed by two effective cases, it was pointed out that pain spot or stripe positive reaction points were chosen as the application sites, lance needling was adopted to treat pain diseases such as periarthritis humeroscapularis, talalgia and others, which could achieve the aims of freeing the channels, activating blood, resolving the masses and stopping the pain by hooking and cutting, releasing and peeling local pain spots.
