摘要:
目的：观察针灸辨证治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将 50 例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 25 例。治疗组采用针灸辨证治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，2 组均治疗 4 周后比较临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)，气滞血瘀型患者疗效优于湿热下注型及肾阳不足型。结论：针灸辨证治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating chronic prostatitis. Method: All 50 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received acupuncture and the control group took medicine. Clinical effects were compared after treating for four weeks.Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P＜ 0.05), Clinical effects of patients of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern were superior to the ones of dampness-heat invasion low energizer pattern and kidney-yang insufficiency pattern. Conclusion: Acupuncture could obtain definite effects in treating chronic prostatitis.
