摘要:
目的:观察枳实消痞丸(汤)合丹参饮加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将62例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组给予维酶素片、吗丁啉常规口服治疗，治疗组给予枳实消痞丸(汤)合丹参饮加减治疗，疗程均为3个月。结果：治疗组总有效率87.5％，对照组总有效率66.7％，2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组治疗前、后除纳差、胃痛，其余各指标积分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗组治疗前、后除异型增生外，其他各指标积分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组除异型增生积分外其他各项指标积分组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：枳实消痞丸(汤)合丹参饮加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified ZhiShi XiaoPiWan(Presciption) and DanShenYin in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Method: All 62 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group took vitacoenzyme tablets and domperidone, the treatment group took modified ZhiShi XiaoPiWan (Presciption)and DanShenY in. The course of treatment was three months. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, higher than 66.7% of the control group and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference of comparison in the control group between before and after treating showed nos tatistical meaning in other indexes except anorexia and stomachache (P＞0.05); the differences of comparisons in the treatment group between before and after treating demonstrated statistical meaning in other indexes except dysplasia (P＜0.05); comparisons between both groups after treating had the differences in other indicators except the scale of dysplasia and it had statistical meaning (P＜0.05), clinical effects of the treatment group were superior tothe control group. Conclusion: modified ZhiShi XiaoPiWan (Presciption) and DanShenYin can obtain satisfactory effects in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
