摘要:
目的：观察还原型谷胱甘肽干粉联合苦黄注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合病例入选标准的80例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组均给予还原型谷胱甘肽干粉1 200 mg +生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注，1次/d，连用7天。观察组同时使用苦黄注射液30 mL+5％葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注，1次／d，疗程均为1个月。结果：显效率观察组为62.50%，对照组为32.50%，观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；总有效率观察组为85.00%，对照组为62.50%，观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)等治疗前后组内相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：还原型谷胱甘肽干粉联合苦黄注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效显著，可改善肝功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach therapeutic effects of reduced glutathione for injection and KuHuang injection in treating chronic hepatitis B. Method: Eighty patients were randomized into observation group and control group. Both groups were given with intravenous 1200 mg reduced glutathione and 250 mL physiological saline, once each day, for seven consecutive days. Observation group also were administered with intravenous 30 mL KuHuang injection and 250 mL 5% glucose injection, once each day. One month was one session. Result: Effectual rate of observation group was 62.50%, higher than 32.50% of control group(P＜0.05); total effective rate of observation group was 85.00%, higher than 62.50% of control group (P＜0.05). Comparison before and after treating suggested statistical meaning in indexes such as ALP, ALT, GGT, TBIL, DBIL and others(P＜0.05); comparison between both groups indicated statistical meaning after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Reduced glutathione and KuHuang injection in treating chronic hepatitis B are effective and can improve liver function.
