摘要:
目的：观察护肝颗粒治疗各型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将151例患者随机分为观察组76例、对照组75例。对照组给予甘草酸二铵、葡醛内酯、肌苷片、白蛋白及促肝细胞生长素等常规保肝治疗；观察组在此基础上加服护肝颗粒，1袋/次，2次/d。2组均连续治疗7天为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为93.4%，对照组为84.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组患者谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TB)、结合胆红素(CB)、非结合胆红素(UCB)显著降低(P＜0.05)。结论：护肝颗粒治疗各型肝炎疗效较好，可较好改善肝功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of liver-protection granules in treating various type of hepatitis. Methods: All 151 patients were randomized into 76 cases of the observation group and 75 cases of the control group. The control group accepted routine liver-protection treatment including diammonium glycyrrhizinate, glucurolactone, inosine tablets, albumin, hepatocyte growth-promoting factors and others; the observation group took liver-protection granules on the basis, one package each time, twice per day, Seven days were one course of the treatment, and clinical effects were observed in three consecutive courses of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.4%, higher than 84.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, ALT, TB, CB and UCB of the observation group decreased notably(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Liver-protection granules are effective in treating various type of hepatitis, and could improve liver function well.
