摘要:
慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜以脾气虚弱、脾肾阳虚为本，血溢脉外，瘀阻络脉为标，治宜益气温阳，兼以温通血脉，以太子益血温阳汤治疗，疗效显著。
Abstract:
The root cause of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura was spleen-Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency of spleen-kidney, the symptom of the disease was blood overflow the vessels, stagnation obstructing the collaterals, the treatment principle should be invigorating Qi and warming Yang to clear blood vessels, the decoction TaiZi YiXue WenYangTang was effective in treating the purpura.
