摘要:
目的：观察心理护理干预慢性前列腺炎患者的临床效果。方法：将慢性前列腺炎患者60例按照就诊先后顺序随机分为心理护理干预治疗组(治疗组)与普通治疗对照组(对照组)各30例。对照组采用前列康常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合心理护理干预。结果：总有效率治疗组为90%，对照组为80%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组( χ2=6.667，P＜0.05)。结论：心理护理干预慢性前列腺炎患者临床效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of psychological nursing in intervening chronic prostatitis. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group in the visiting order. The control group took QianLieKang, the treatment group accepted psychological nursing on the foundation of the treatment given to the control group. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, higher than 80% of the control group, clinical effects of the treatment group were superior to these of the control group obviously ( χ2=6.667, P＜0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention could obtain effects in the recovery of the patients with chronic prostatitis.
