摘要:
毛静远教授认为肥厚型心肌病属本虚标实之证，“阴虚、血瘀、痰浊”是其主要证候特征，因而治疗上应注重扶正祛邪，标本兼顾，创立了“滋养肝肾、活血化瘀、涤痰化浊”的基本治则，收效显著，对中医药治疗本病具有很好的临床指导意义。
Abstract:
Professor Mao Jingyuan thought hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, “Yin deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm turbidity” were the features of main syndromes, thus, enhancing healthy Qi and eliminating pathogenic factor, taking both tip and root should be valued when the disease was treated, basic therapeutic principles of “nourishing liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, washing away the phlegm and removing turbidity” were originated, and it′s markedly effective in treating the disease, which was instructive to treat the disease by TCM.
