目的:探讨山绿茶3种不同炮制品醇提物对正常小鼠糖耐量的影响;方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组和山绿茶3种不同炮制品(传统品、清炒品、阴干品)的高、中、低剂量组,探讨山绿茶3种不同炮制品醇提物对口服葡萄糖(Glu)致瞬时高血糖小鼠及腹腔注射肾上腺素(Adr)致瞬时高血糖小鼠糖耐量的影响。结果:山绿茶3种不同炮制品的醇提物对Glu性与Adr性高血糖小鼠血糖均有抑制作用。结论:山绿茶3种不同炮制品的醇提物对Glu性、Adr性高血糖小鼠的治疗机制可能与含有的黄酮类化合物有关。
- Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the effects of alcohol extracts from three processed products of Hainan holly leaf(Zlex hainanensis merr)on sugar tolerance in normal mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomized into the blank group, the model group, melbine(DMBG) group, high, moderate and low dose groups of three processed products of Hainan holly leaf (traditional products, plain fried products and dried products), the effects of alcohol extracts from three processed products of Hainan holly leaf on sugar tolerance in normal mice were studied from Glu mice and Adr mice respectively. Results: Alcohol extracts from three processed products of Hainan holly leaf inhibited hyperglycemia of Glu and Adr mice. Conclusion: Therapeutic mechanism of alcohol extracts from three processed products of Hainan holly leaf for hyperglycemia of Glu and Adr mice might be related to the contained flavanoids.
