摘要:
目的：探讨陇中消肿止痛合剂对闭合软组织损伤患者血清肌酸激酶（CK）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、谷氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）的影响。方法：将闭合软组织损伤患者59例随机分为治疗组30例，伤后常规治疗并口服陇中消肿止痛合剂。对照组29例常规治疗。比较2组患者入院后第1天(治疗前)、3天、7天、14天血清CK、LDH、AST的含量。结果：治疗前2组患者血清CK、LDH、AST含量比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗第7天、14天2组患者血清CK、LDH、AST含量比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗第7天、14天与治疗前血清CK、LDH、AST含量比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：陇中消肿止痛合剂能有效抑制和清除创伤后软组织损伤患者体内代谢毒物，减少并发症，促进康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of LongZhong XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture on the contents of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alanine aminotransferase (AST) in the serum of the patients with closed soft tissue injury. Methods: All 59 patients were randomized into 30 cases of the treatment group, who accepted routine treatment after the injury and took LongZhong XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture orally, and 29 cases of the control group who received routine treatment. The contents of CK, LDH and AST of the patients were compared before treating, at the third, seventh and 14th day after treating. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of the contents of CK, LDH and AST between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparison of the contents of CK, LDH and AST between both groups at the seventh and 14th day after treating(P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the contents of CK, LDH and AST between before treating, at the seventh and 14th day after treating (P＜0.01). Conclusion: LongZhong XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture could effectively inhibit and eliminate metabolic poison of the patients with soft tissue injury after the damage, effectively reduce the complications and promote the recovery.
