摘要:
目的：观察裴氏健脾固元膏穴位敷贴联合复合乳酸菌治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将腹泻患儿281例随机分为治疗组130例和对照组151例，对照组给予复合乳酸菌治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用裴氏健脾固元膏穴位敷贴，观察2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为82.3%，对照组为68.9%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用裴氏健脾固元膏穴位敷贴联合复合乳酸菌治疗小儿腹泻效果优于单用复合乳酸菌治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of acupoint application of Pei′s spleen-invigorating oringin-securing plaster and compound lactobacillus in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods: All 281 children were randomized into 130 cases of the treatment group and 151 cases of the control group, the control group were treated by compound lactobacillus, while the treatment group accepted acupoint application of Pei′s spleen-invigorating oringin-securing plaster on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.3%, higher than 68.9% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The effects of applying Pei′sspleen-invigorating oringin-securing plaster and compound lactobacillus to infantile diarrhea are superior to these of compound lactobacillus.
