摘要:
目的：观察糖尿病患者冠状动脉搭桥术围手术期的综合护理效果。方法：对糖尿病冠状动脉搭桥术患者24例进行心理护理，并做好各项术前准备，加强术中、术后监测和护理，及时处理各种并发症。结果：24例患者中死亡1例，其余患者均康复出院。结论：心理护理及术前充分准备，术中密切监护，术后加强护理对糖尿病冠状动脉搭桥手术成功的意义重大。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe comprehensive nursing effects for diabetes mellitus (DM) patients who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery (CABS). Methods: All 24 DM patients who accepted CABS were given mental nursing, and preoperative preparations were made, the monitoring and nursing in and after the operation were enhanced, therefore to manage the complications timely. Results: There was one patient died and the others were discharged after they were recovered. Conclusion: It is sigificant for the success CABS of DM patients to carry out mental nursing, fully preoperative preparations, closely monitor the surgery, enhance nursing after the nursing.
