摘要:
目的：观察清肝祛湿活血方对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α及肝脏组织的影响。方法：将90只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组，模型对照组，罗格列酮组，清肝祛湿活血方低、中、高剂量组、每组15只，除空白对照组以外其他各组参照文献造模。空白对照组，模型对照组均以蒸馏水灌胃，1次/d，4 mL/次，其他各干预组分别以相应药物灌胃。各组大鼠连续灌胃30天后处死大鼠，监测血清肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α)，同时行肝脏病理组织学检查。结果:大鼠血清TNF-α水平，与空白对照组相比，模型对照组明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；与模型对照组比较，清肝利湿活血方各剂量组及罗格列酮组明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。与模型对照组相比，各干预组大鼠肝脏脂肪变程度减轻，其中清肝利湿活血方高剂量组最明显。结论:清肝祛湿活血方可下调大鼠肝脏TNF-α水平，对非酒精性脂肪肝有较好的治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of liver-clearing dampness-removing blood circulation-promoting prescription on liver tissue and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of the rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL).Methods: Ninety male SD rats were randomized into the blank group, the model group, rosiglitazone group, low, moderate and high dosages groups of liver-clearing dampness-removing blood circulation-promoting prescription, except blank control group, the models in the other groups were set up by consulting the reference. The blank group and the model group were drenched by distilled water, once each day, each time 4 mL, the other intervention groups were lavaged by the corresponding medicine respectively. The rats were sacrificed after drenching for 30 days consecutively, to monitor the levels of TNF-α and perform hepatic histopathologic examination. Results: Compared with normal control group, the levels of TNF-α in model control group raised obviously, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05); compared with model control group, the levels of TNF-α decreased in different dosages groups and rosiglitazone group remarkably, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). compared with the control group, the degrees of liver fatty degeneration relieved in defferent intervention groups, and high dosage goup of the prescription was the most obvious. Conclusion: Liver-clearing dampness-removing blood circulation-promoting prescription could reduce the levels of TNF-α in the liver of the rats, and it shows better therapeutic effects for NAFL.
