摘要:: 目的：建立HPLC法测定豨莶除湿膏中奇壬醇的含量。方法：采用Fortis Cortecstm C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，0.05％KH2PO4(磷酸调节pH6.0)-乙腈为流动相，梯度洗脱，液相流速1.0 mL/min，柱温30℃，检测波长215 nm。结果：奇壬醇浓度在0.38～7.65 mg/mL范围内保持良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)，豨莶除湿膏供试品的平均加样回收率为96.5%，RSD为1.54%。结论：本测定方法灵敏度高、准确度及重复性好，专属性强，可作为控制豨莶除湿膏质量的重要方法。

Abstract:: Objective: To establish the HPLC method for content determination of nonyl alcohol in XiXian damp-eliminating ointment. Methods: Fortis Cortecstm C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, 0.05%KH2P04 (adjusting to Ph6.0 by adding orthophosphoric acid)-methyl cyanide were chosen as the mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 30℃, detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results: The concen-trations of nonyl alcohol kept good linear relationship in the range between 0.38 and 7.65 mg/mL(R=0.999 9), average sample recovery was 96.5%, RSD was 1.54%. Conclusion: The determination method, high sensitivity, accuracy, repeatability and strong specificity, could be taken as the important method for quality control of XiXian damp-eliminating ointment.
