摘要:
目的：观察滋肾清肝方治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：将81例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组41例和观察组40例，2组均给予2型糖尿病常规治疗，对照组服用盐酸二甲双胍1 000 mg/d。观察组服用滋肾清肝方，按80 g生药/d服用。2组均连续治疗8周。观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、曲线下面积(AUC)及胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)的变化情况。结果：FBG、PBG、HbAlc、AUC及Homa-IR指数治疗前后同组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。总有效率观察组为82.50%，对照组为65.85%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗期间2组均未出现不良反应。结论：滋肾清肝方具有较好的调节2型糖尿病患者糖代谢作用，可改善胰岛素抵抗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of kidney-nourishing liver-clearing prescription in treating type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: All 81 patience were randomized into the control group (41 cases) and the observation group (40 cases), both groups accepted conventional treatment of T2DM, the control group took deltamine, 1 000 mg/d, while the observation group kidney-nourishing liver-clearing prescription simultaneously, taking according to the weight of the crude drug, 80 g/d. Both groups were treated for eight weeks consecutively. The changes of insulin resistance index (IRI), area under the curve (AUC), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc),postprandial blood glucose (PBG) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference had statistical meaning when FBG, PBG, HbAlc, AUC and Homa-IR within the same group were compared before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of these indexes between both groups after treating (P＞0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 82.50%, higher than 65.85% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). No adverse reaction happened during therapeutic period between both groups. Conclusion: Kidney-nourishing liver-clearing prescription could regulate the glycometabolism of the patients with T2DM well and improve IR.
