摘要:
目的：探究中医特色护理结合西医常规护理在小儿腹泻护理中的应用效果。方法：将110例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各55例，对照组给予西医常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予中医特色护理。对比2组患儿症状改善时间、住院时间及护理满意率。结果：腹泻次数治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间和住院时间2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。护理满意率观察组为90.9%(50/55)，对照组为76.4%(42/55)，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医特色护理结合西医常规护理用于小儿腹泻可有效促进患儿疾病恢复，缩短住院时间，改善临床预后并提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing applied to the nursing for infantile diarrhea. Methods: All 110 children were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 55 cases each group, the control group were given routine care of western medicine, and the observation group TCM-featured nursing. The time of improving symptoms, hospitalization time and nursing satisfactory rate of the children were compared between both groups. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the times of diarrhea before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons after treating between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the time of body temperature coming down, the time of stopping vomiting and diarrhea, and hospitalization time between both groups (P＜0.05). Nursing satisfactory rate of the observation group was 90.9% (50/55), higher than 76.4% (42/55) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM-featured nursing and routine nursing of western medicine applied to infantile diarrhea could effectively promote the recovery of the children, shorten hospitalization time, improve clinical prognosis and raise nursing satisfactory degree.
